Group classes are perfect for everyone; whether you are totally new to yoga or have been practicing for years, classes will be adapted to welcome all levels.
Attending a class is a great way to practice with a sense of community, whilst still having the attention of a teacher to offer guidance and adjustments.

Private classes are perfect for beginners, people looking to work on a specific area of their practice or to have the undivided attention of a teacher. They can also be a great way to practice for the time poor or those whose hours prevent them attending classes, as I am able to travel to you at your convenience.
Private groups are a great way to have a more focussed practice with greater teacher attention, whilst splitting the cost with friends to make it more affordable. Additional attendees can be added for £5 per person up to a maximum group of 5 people.
Start up package: one 90 minute class and two 60 minute classes
Private Block: four 60 minute classes
I work with a 24 hour cancellation policy, so if you are no longer able to make your appointment please let me know as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time will still be charged unless you are able to reschedule within 7 days.
